The mission of the Training and Staff Development Coordinator is to contribute to the positive impact of MA's programs by ensuring staff are equipped and supported to complete their work successfully. Key Result Areas

1. Program Staff Training: Collaborates with the Program Design Director to build training objectives and strategies for program staff at all levels. 2. Program Staff Development: Oversees ongoing and job-embedded staff training throughout program cycles to build strategy, meeting rhythms, and content. 3. Program Documentation: Manages all staff manuals at all levels. 4. Staff Feedback: Oversee all staff feedback mechanisms, including weekly and exit surveys. Qualifications

Bachelor's or experience equivalency; related master's preferred Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Employee Benefits
