You will be responsible for organizing, documenting, analyzing, and reviewing the IT requirements for a project or product. In essence, your responsibilities will include working with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly defined, consistent, and aligned with the overall business goals. This includes creating requirement specifications, managing changes, ensuring compliance with standards, and facilitating communication between teams. Your future duties and responsibilities: Gathering and Defining Requirements: Works with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, concise, and testable requirements. Documenting Requirements: Creating detailed documentation, such as user stories or requirement specifications, that capture the agreed-upon requirements. Managing Changes: Tracks and documents changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of any modifications. Ensuring Compliance: Ensures that the projects requirements align with industry benchmarks, regulations, and organizational standards. Facilitating Communication: Acts as a bridge between different teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication regarding requirements. Validating Requirements: Verifying that the documented requirements accurately reflect the needs of the stakeholders and that they are feasible to implement. Overseeing Testing: Involved in the development of test plans and the execution of testing to ensure that the final product meets the defined requirements. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Experience: Shall possess a minimum 6 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Education: In addition, shall possess a degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly Required: Demonstrated experience coordinating project and product requirements, leading requirement clarification meetings with the customer, setting up tool infrastructure and supporting team members in usage of tools, and configuring, monitoring, and baselining requirements. Highly Desired: Demonstrated experience using Agile Project Management model, creating briefings and white papers to address requirements, and resolving obstacles to project and product accomplishment. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for interacting with stakeholders and facilitating communication. Analytical and Problem-solving Skills: Required for understanding complex requirements and identifying potential issues. Organizational and Documentation Skills: Needed for managing and documenting requirements effectively. Requirements Management Methodologies: Familiarity with techniques like Agile or Waterfall is often required. Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of IT infrastructure and software development is helpful. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $102,960.00 - $198,240.00.
