Advanced Processing Team Leader

As a key member of the Advanced Processing team, you will lead a dynamic portfolio encompassing both leading-edge development efforts and mature production contracts. In this high-visibility role, you will: Drive cross-functional execution to meet or exceed delivery, performance, and cost objectives across multiple programs. Coordinate a team across engineering, supply chain, production, and finance disciplines to ensure seamless integration and execution. Collaborate with Business Development and internal partners to expand on-contract scope and pursue adjacent opportunities that amplify our mission impact. Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability by building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners. Our Advanced Processing team is part of Lockheed Martin's Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area. We specialize in developing high-performance, real-time processing capabilities for critical applications across air, sea, land, and space domains. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of program management, project leadership, or technical execution experience. Experience with cost, schedule, and technical performance across the full program lifecycle-from pursuit to execution and closeout. Capture and Proposal development experience in lead or supporting role. Strong communication and leadership skills Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one Desired Skills: Strong Business Acumen and PM Technical Skills Previous LM PM experience Demonstrated experience managing complex programs particularly in the development and/or production of electronic warfare systems. This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
