SafeLease is an insurance technology company that specializes in commercial real estate. We focus on insurance products for the self-storage industry but are rapidly expanding our suite of services. We believe traditional commercial insurance can be distributed faster and cheaper. We are hiring an Office Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. Managing all day-to-day operations of our downtown Austin office and reporting to our Sr. Manager of Operations, this role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office logistics, and providing support to the team. About The Role

To drive our mission forward, this role will: Keep the office running smoothly

Oversee day-to-day office operations, equipment, and supply management to ensure a productive, well-stocked, and organized environment

Deliver a welcoming experience

Manage visitor logistics including travel, accommodations, and in-office hospitality to create a positive impression

Support the team with the tools they need

Coordinate equipment and onboarding materials for new hires and ensure existing employees have what they need to thrive

Plan and execute engaging events

Organize team-building activities, office celebrations, and happy hours that strengthen culture and connection

Own the little things that make a big difference

Maintain snacks, beverages, and swag to support employees and brand presence

Ensure safety and compliance

Oversee office maintenance, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance to keep our space secure and operational

Pitch in wherever needed

Help with office moves, and assist with conference prep and building services to keep everything on track

Manage and work the support line

Help handle incoming inquiries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a high level of support for employees and stakeholders

About You

A skilled multitasker who is naturally a thoughtful, excellent communicator will be a great addition to our team! You'll bring these skills and strengths: Demonstrated success as an Office Manager or in a fast-paced operations role

Exceptional organizational skills with sharp time management

Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal instincts

Highly proficient in GSuite and tech-savvy across office tools

A natural bias towards efficiency and follow-throughyou are quick and thorough in every project you tackle

Meticulous attention to detail paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Proven customer-facing or customer service experience, ideally delivering outstanding client interactions

Experience with ticketing software or Salesforce (SFDC), adept at managing support requests and customer data
