Senior Brand Designer
Highnote is looking for its first Senior Brand Designer to join our growing in-house design team. You'll work on a variety of project types, collaborating with our partners on our marketing team as well as across the broader organization. Your role will be to contribute, define, and grow the Highnote brand across multiple channels. You are a creative problem solver who can think strategically but also loves getting into the details to ensure final creative is fine-tuned and perfected down to the pixel. Responsibilities
Design for marketing campaigns and communications across multiple channels: paid and organic digital content, product campaigns, reports, e-books, webinars, deck design, sales enablement, and more. Establish Highnote's brand as a leader and reference point for the industry Elevate Highnote's social presence with impactful visuals Own projects from concept to final execution Create high-quality work that delivers on our brand and business strategy Continuously learn about Highnote's products and maintain deep empathy with B2B audiences Requirements
5+ years of experience in visual/brand design Fluency in Figma and Adobe CC Proven ability to deliver exceptional design work at high velocity Experience working closely with marketing, sales, and design teams in high-growth environments A passion for systems thinking and improving creative processes over time. Portfolio demonstrating ability to implement a combination of technical, conceptual, and design skills crafting original, persuasive, and visually compelling work Bonus Points Experience designing for highly technical companies Experience with motion and video A keen interest and ability to experiment and adopt emerging AI trends as part of your creative toolkit. This role is open to senior/staff experience levels. A portfolio of relevant design work is required for consideration. Why Highnote?

Our compensation packages are competitive based on robust market research and are a combination of a cash salary, equity, and benefits. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual salary range for applicants is $150,000 to $200,000. Please note that positions located in San Francisco are hybrid and include core working days of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office.
