As an LVN, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families during one of the most important phases of life.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Part-Time (Weekdays/Weekends) Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Hospice team and deliver exceptional care within the local community. You will assist in implementing individualized care plans, monitor patient conditions, and provide direct nursing support in the field.
