Previous experience as a General Manager is a great advantage! Having experience in internal operations systems, profit and loss management, and performance evaluations. Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. Demonstrating conflict resolution skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Recruiting, hiring, training, managing, and developing a team of Noodlers to become future leaders. Identifying and developing talent within your team by encouraging top performers for promotions and recognizing exceptional contributions. Following operational and inventory control procedures to ensure efficient restaurant operations. Driving restaurant success by managing schedules, tracking expenses, labor management, and local restaurant marketing. Leading with a culture of food safety that meets company standards in food quality, safety, and hygiene practices. Working a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility to meet business needs. (Current expectations include 1 opening shift, 2 swing shifts (11 a.m. to 8 p.m.), 1 closing shift, and 1 additional shift as needed by the restaurant.) Meeting the physical requirements of the job, which may include, but are not limited to, standing for long periods, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodations. Obtaining and maintaining any required food safety licenses or certifications according to local, state, and federal regulations. Possessing a valid drivers license, as occasional driving may be necessary. Being at least 18 years old
