Call Center Customer Service Professional - II
Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract Hybrid 8 days a month, usually Tuesday and Wednesday's Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years Responsibilities: Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and/or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution MUST HAVE SKILLS: Candidate must be a US citizen - be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance - Center is 24/7 so individual must be able to work all shifts Preferred client Experience DESIRED SKILLS: Strong in customer service, appropriate phone manners, ability to think and react to changing situation EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: At minimum a High School diploma, some college preferred
