Maxim Healthcare is hiring an Office Manager to successfully manage and lead all non-clinical operations of a Maxim ABA therapy clinic. The Office Manager has an integral role in the ongoing education of clients, physicians, case managers, and community members regarding the functions and benefits of clinic-based ABA therapy services. Why Join Maxim: Opportunity to develop and grow clinic-based services Competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and quarterly bonus eligible Employee focused and purpose driven organization Leadership development and advancement opportunities Health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) savings plan Awards and recognition programs Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Capable of proactively selling Maxim's clinic-based ABA therapy services to current and potential clients and customers Build relationships and effectively communicate with clients, referral sources, case managers, physicians, other members of the health care team, and community members Creates and executes strategic business development plans Responsible for maintaining adequate cost controls and spending at the clinic Responsible for the daily opening, closing, and maintenance functions of the clinic Responsible for the client scheduling functions of the clinic Responsible for leading the Recruitment strategy for the clinic Responsible for public information materials and activities including advertisements and brochures that the agency uses to represent the community Promotes and ensures attainment of assigned operational metrics Oversee hiring, on-boarding, and maintenance of requirements for clinic staff Responsible for compliant management of client care from referral through discharge Oversee the management of client and employee complaints Provides ongoing development support for direct reports and others and provide opportunities for growth and improvement Responsible for ongoing compliance with all current federal, state, and local regulations, Company policies and procedures, accrediting organization standards, and reimbursement guidelines Responsible for oversight of billing and payroll functions Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or a minimum of Four (4) years of work experience in a related or relevant field Two (2) years of training and experience in health services administration in Public Health or Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred One (1) year of supervisory or administrative experience in community-based or clinic-based healthcare services is preferred Must have active CPR & First Aid certification Knowledge of insurance requirements and third-party reimbursement Excellent communication skills Proficiency in the English language required Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc) Any other requirements mandated by applicable federal, state, or local laws Compensation Information: $70,000- $80,000 annually with an annual bonus Maxim Benefits: Health and Wellness: Medical/Prescription, Dental, Vision, Health Advocacy (company paid if enrolled Medical) and Health Advocate Employee Assistance Program Retirement and Financial Security: Employee Assistance Program, Health Savings Account, 401(k) + Company Match, Profit Sharing, Short and Long Term Disability, Primary Caregiver Leave, Parental Leave, Life and Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, Voluntary Group Life Insurance and Supplemental Accidental Insurance, Hospital Expense Protection Plan, Critical Illness Insurance, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Home and Auto Insurance discounts, Pet Insurance and Legal benefits Lifestyle Benefits: Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays, Transportation Benefits, Educational Assistance Program, College Partnership Program, and Employee Discount Program *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
