Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Clinical Microscopy, and Immunology
Assist with maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and lab accreditation requirements
Provide support and training to technical staff as needed
Oversee and coordinate Point-of-Care testing operations
Independently troubleshoot and resolve testing discrepancies
Act as a liaison between the lab and clinical teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt issue resolution
May include occasional phlebotomy tasks
