This contract position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who excels in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize executive calendars, ensuring appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements are scheduled efficiently. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including creating agendas, preparing materials, and documenting minutes. Arrange travel logistics such as flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth and stress-free travel experiences. Prepare, edit, and review documents, reports, and presentations with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Track and process expense reports for executives, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Provide research, data analysis, and administrative support for various projects and initiatives. Act as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues. Ensure efficient office operations by managing resources, supplies, and administrative tasks. Adapt to changing priorities and provide timely support in a dynamic work environment. Requirements: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior-level executives. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
