Senior Cloud Engineer

Edgewater Federal Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to provision and manage cloud resources including virtual instances, networking, object/bloc/file storage, databases, and logging. This work will be conducted onsite in Washington, DC. Responsibilities

Ability to provision and manage cloud resources including virtual instances, networking, object/block/file storage, databases, logging. Ability to administer cloud systems using a variety of methods, including: CLI, console, API, IaC. Able to manage and automate AWS services using infrastructure as code technologies, including Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK. Qualifications

At least seven years of experience performing the functions associated with this labor category. Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field. Experience in maintaining a cloud computing infrastructure, ensuring its availability, security, and efficient performance. Work experience with cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and networking concepts. Certification in one of the following: AWS Solutions Architect
