We are currently looking for an experienced

Production Team Lead

to join our team in Obetz, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of optical operations and people management experience.

! Shift Hours:

Monday - Thursday7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Compensation:

$24 - $30/hour Responsibilities:

Partner with Supervisor to ensure consistent and productive line flow Assist in training employees and perform audits Resolve errors and associate relations on the floor Maintain good housekeeping Ensure daily / monthly KPIs are met Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness) Basic Qualifications:

Ability to work overtime and weekday hours as needed Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of workplace safety best practices Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and time management Strong statistical skills, problem solving and data analysis Technical ability and competent in software tools including (Microsoft Office Suite and various optical management softwares) Experience in evaluating equipment, product and process development, and solving production problems Prior leadership experience Fluent in English (speaking and writing) Previous optical manufacturing (is a bonus!)
