Travel daily to assigned MN service areas to visit clients in their private homes Carry out occupational therapy plans targeting daily living skills, cognitive function, and safety under OT supervision Deliver restorative and maintenance therapies compliant with Minnesota regulations to support ongoing client progress Record detailed visit notes and communicate updates or necessary changes in treatment plans to the supervising OT Assist with home modifications and train clients in the use of adaptive equipment to enhance independence and safety What You'll Need:
Active MN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License Graduate of an accredited OTA program CPR certification Reliable vehicle with valid license and insurance Home care or geriatric experience is preferred Benefits Available to You:
