This role requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams while supporting customers across multiple regions worldwide. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a high volume of customer interactions, and ensures timely, accurate service aligned with our global standards. This position is part of the North America Customer Service Team located in Loveland, CO and will be hybrid. In this role, a typical day will look like: Provide timely and accurate support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries related to orders, product information, pricing, availability, and shipping.
Process and manage international orders and export transactions, including setting up new customer accounts and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and internal business practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics, trade compliance, and sales to resolve customer issues, advocate for customer needs, and ensure a seamless order fulfillment process.
Identify sales opportunities and support business growth by recommending complementary products and submitting qualified leads.
Support team performance and continuous improvement by following standard procedures, participating in training, and assisting in onboarding and mentoring peers.
The essential requirements of the job include: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in Customer Service roles involving export business and trade compliance.
Knowledge of Customer Support processes (order entry, pricing, returns, products) and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle (or similar)
Professional fluency in written and spoken French is a plus.
