We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command's Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production to satisfy USCENTCOM's primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include analytical requirements focused on counterterrorism, counter insurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio-cultural, and/or assisting with collection methodology. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) and advance USCENTCOM J2's priorities in the Middle East. Responsibilities:

As a Military Forces Analyst, you will have the opportunity to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military; insurgents; terrorists; and militant organizations' command structure, equipment, operations/exercise, facilities, sustainment, leadership, and force disposition/order of battle. Conduct and analyze database Order of Battle/Force Disposition for conventional military forces and insurgent/terrorism for which USCENTCOM is responsible producer (RESPROD). Perform basic target development of all military, insurgent, and terrorist functional production areas in support of lethal/non-lethal engagements, planning, steady state, crisis, and contingency operations. Provide support to targeting by reviewing, evaluating, coordinating, and editing database records (currently the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB)) associated with target support requests. Extract Order of Battle information from assigned database and prepare tailored reports. Review, coordinate, and complete Strategic Defense Intelligence Analysis Production Program (SDIAPP) requests. Develop training materials and conduct OJT for personnel as required. Provide recommended input to CJCS Manuals/Instructions and USCENTCOM policies/SOPs as required. Submit collection requests and source directed requirements as well as source evaluations to support Order of Battle. Identify and nominate no-strike entities to assigned database. Update database records IA W DOD and USCENTCOM policies/procedures. Respond to RFIs, prepare briefings, and present briefings as required. Perform analysis to accomplish BDA, produce BDA products, and assist with combat assessments. This position may require flexible support hours outside standard duty hours to include: weekend support, TDYs, deployments for targeting operations, and support to 24/7 targeting operations. Qualifications:

Required: Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Senior-Level: Specialized training and bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or 14 years' experience in lieu of degree Mid-Level: Relevant specialized training and 5 years of experience Junior-Level: Relevant specialized training and 3 years of experience Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners. Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers. Desired: ODNI's Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Qualification (IFPC) PACE Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines All-Source Intelligence Analysis experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR. This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available.
