Estee Lauder Companies Brand Support Position

The purpose of this position is to support multiple Estee Lauder Companies Brands, with operational support needs including but not limited to merchandising and inventory to meet current retail and net sales goals, uphold merchandising compliance, maintain inventory replenishment, and drive sales for the brands. Responsibilities include: Supporting brand with vendor board updates, vendor specific forms and data entry needs. Coordinating new store launch facilitation in partnership with ELC brands and field team. Coordinating seasonal brand updates including coordination with NY partners, vendors and brand sales team. Reviewing ship schedules/support documents and ensuring all items are active, descriptions are accurate and unit packs are correct. Resolving issues as necessary. Coordinating with brand's demand planners to identify and communicate stock and replenishment issues to stores, as appropriate. Partnering with brand's Planners to manage store communication regarding launch/basic orders that are received incorrectly. Supporting Canadian ELC Brands including interaction/coordination amongst ELC brand partners. Supporting brands with ad hoc reporting needs and analysis. Reviewing door level allocation of launch/holiday/sets to optimize inventory to drive retail sales. Setting up new account openings and closings. Conducting other relevant administrative tasks (e.g., filling out retailer required information for new products). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications include: 2+ years of related work experience preferably in retail/channel business development, account management or planning, consulting. Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills, including deep knowledge of Excel. Very strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into meaningful conclusions. Ability to structure documents (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, business summaries) to effectively communicate with senior management. Strong written, oral, and presentation-based communication skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage one's own workstreams. Demonstrated ability to work on several projects simultaneously and thrive in a project-based environment with a closely intertwined team. Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task. Well-developed interpersonal and influence skills. Four-year college degree or equivalent. Equal Opportunity Employer.
