Data Pipeline Design & Development: Build, test, and deploy advanced data pipelines using PySpark and Spark SQL within the Palantir Foundry platform. Palantir Foundry Expertise: Utilize core Foundry features like Code Repos, Code Workbooks, Pipeline Build, and AIP / OSDK for seamless data engineering processes. Team Leadership: Lead a small technical team (23 members), offering mentorship and guidance on PySpark and emerging technologies. Agile Collaboration: Work closely with client technical teams in an Agile environment to gather requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions. Platform Innovation: Implement new solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Palantir ecosystem. Skill Enhancement: Encourage knowledge sharing and actively participate in onboarding activities for new technologies. Required Skills
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering. At least 23 years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry. Strong coding skills in PySpark, with expertise in Spark SQL. Proven track record in deploying scalable solutions on Foundry. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and client collaboration. Life at Capgemini
