Senior Integrated Testing And Verification Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Integrated Testing and Verification (IT&V) Engineer to join our integrated testing team. The IT&V Engineer will play a key role in the integrated testing, verification, transportation, and launch site integration of our spacecraft. Responsibilities: Design and oversee the manufacturing of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for safe transportation and testing of spacecraft and spacecraft hardware Develop procedures and oversee their execution for spacecraft testing and transportation activities Serve as Test Conductor for integrated testing activities, coordinating required personnel, scheduling the tests, and documenting results, anomalies, troubleshooting steps, and problem resolutions Work with outside testing facilities and launch providers to coordinate, schedule, and oversee testing and launch preparation activities Requirements: Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related disciplines 10-15 years of systems engineering/integration and/or integrated testing experience on spacecraft Knowledge of integration and assembly of hardware, electrical components, harnesses, sensors, etc. Previous assembly and integration experience within aerospace, defense, or aviation Proficiency with assembly tools, such as torque wrenches, calipers, etc. Knowledge of commonly used specifications for materials, processes, fasteners, mechanical components, connectors, wiring, etc. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment Experience scheduling and organizing projects, personnel, and required tools, equipment and hardware Effective verbal and written communication Willingness to occasionally travel for a week or more at a time to support offsite testing and launch preparation activities Preferred Requirements: Experience in remote commanding and monitoring of spacecraft through the use of ground displays Experience in a multi-position control room environment for testing and control of spacecraft Experience in anomaly recognition, troubleshooting, resolution, and documentation Previous experience with computer aided design software (AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks) Excellent customer service skills.
