in a Global Organization A Culture Built on Trust, Respect, and Empowerment Be part of a company that values your contribution and invests in your future As a key member of our IT team, you will: Lead and manage the global IT Infrastructure, Tech Delivery, and Cybersecurity team, fostering professional growth and alignment with Michelin Group values. Ensure the stability, reliability, and security of PRP's global IT network across all operational regions (US, UK, Italy, China, and future expansions). Oversee network infrastructure and performance, including LAN, WAN, and internet access for both on-site and remote employees. Negotiate and manage contracts with network providers to optimize performance and cost-efficiency. Support production connectivity for devices such as PLCs, 3D printers, IoT devices, and multifunction printers. Develop and execute infrastructure strategies, including hardware lifecycle management, OS upgrades, and disaster recovery planning. Manage global backup operations and system monitoring to ensure data integrity and availability. Oversee phone systems operations and software licensing for non-enterprise applications. Provide after-hours support for infrastructure and cybersecurity issues. Maintain confidentiality regarding strategic initiatives and sensitive employee information. Lead global cybersecurity efforts, including threat intelligence monitoring, audit compliance, and personal data protection. Ensure legal compliance by reporting inappropriate or illegal content found on company devices. Champion Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies through leadership, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate on IT strategic planning and contribute to global budget development and management. We're seeking a team member who: Holds a bachelor's degree or has equivalent experience (15+ years in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity). Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct team management responsibilities. Demonstrates expertise in network performance tuning, LAN/WAN management, Active Directory configuration, virtual environments, and strategic IT planning. Possesses a strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and has experience implementing global cybersecurity strategies. Communicates effectively and can translate complex technical concepts across all levels of the organization. Has experience in talent management and handling employee-related matters. Is willing and able to travel internationally and maintain a valid passport. Holds certifications such as CISM, CISSP, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, or Oracle JDE E1 CNC (preferred but not required).
