Solutions Consultant
to provide innovative and effective technical solutions to meet our clients needs. We work closely across various departments to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our products. What you'll do: Create customized product solutions by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of integration and configuration options, ensuring they are effectively aligned with customer requirements Assist Sales and Post-Sales teams in delivering technical implementations for Lithic Assess customer needs for new opportunities by conducting use-case analysis and technical assessments to determine Lithic's suitability during the discovery phase Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to develop and maintain technical documentation and an internal knowledge base of customer use cases and best practices Provide domain expertise and insights to help drive internal decisions and identify opportunities for future development. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as in Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing to design and determine additional product capabilities based on customer and industry needs and trends. What you'll bring: Demonstrated experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing roles, focusing on implementing business SaaS solutions, preferably at a FinTech Is a well-rounded IC with strong product sense, communication and storytelling skills Thrives in a cross-functional environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts to build user-facing tools Base Salary: $168,000 - $198,000 Benefits
