Collier.Simon is an independent, full-service creative agency in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area. We work with our client partners to develop creative solutions that truly move the needle. Clients range from Fortune 500-type household names to up-and-comers across a variety of industries/verticals. We're in the midst of a tech-powered transformation, using AI to supercharge creativity, not replace it, and we're looking for curious minds excited to explore AI as a tool to scale, spark, and speed up creativity. We're looking for a strategic copywriter and creative thinker who can move seamlessly between upper-funnel campaign ideas and lower-funnel performance copy. You should be comfortable crafting smart, strategic, attention-grabbing concepts while also knowing how to optimize, test, and refine creative for maximum impact. We value curiosity about how new tools (including AI!) can help make great work even better. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should be open to experimenting with ways it can help you ideate faster, scale creative, and enhance results for our clients. What We're Looking For
A creative storyteller with 35 years of copywriting or content experience in a creative, digital, or integrated agency setting Strong portfolio of work spanning brand storytelling, social-first campaigns, digital ads, and performance-driven creative Ability to concept big ideas and campaign platforms, then adapt them for multiple channels and formats Comfort working full-funnel
from awareness-driving concepts to lower-funnel messaging and creative testing frameworks Ability to write across tones and formats: emotional brand copy, functional CTAs, video scripts, social captions, headlines, and more Curiosity about emerging tools (including AI) and a willingness to explore how they can enhance creative quality, speed, or scalability Collaborative spirit, able to work closely with art directors, strategists, producers, and editors Strong attention to detail, with high standards for both creative execution and editorial quality Key Responsibilities
Concept and write compelling copy across campaign, digital, and social channels Translate briefs into clear, powerful messaging strategies Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure copy aligns with audience insights and channel best practices Develop ideas and content that work across the funnel
from brand storytelling to direct-response creative Apply insights from performance data to refine copy and creative approaches Experiment with emerging tools and techniques to improve creative output and efficiency Bonus Points If You
