If you've got the skills and work ethic to handle flatbed freight, we've got the lanes, the equipment, and the pay structure to match what you bring to the job. You'll run throughout the Southeast and Midwest, hauling freight like rebar, lumber, coils, and oversize machinery. This isn't grocery freight or dock deliveries - it's real flatbed work. And you'll be treated like the skilled professional you are. Key Details: $1,400 to $1,415 per week average pay, paid weekly 6 full days of home time per month, with flexible scheduling Modern Peterbilt 579s with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, fridges, and Espar bunk heaters Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, vacation and holiday pay Extra pay for tarp, stop, breakdown, detention, layover, and clean inspections You'll drive late-model equipment that's spec'd for life on the road. No slip seating, no outdated tech, and no waiting around. Our dispatch team is staffed by former drivers who know how to keep things moving and respect your time. You'll also receive transition pay during your first few weeks to keep your earnings steady while you settle in. Orientation is quick - hotel, travel, and meals are all covered. No buses, no classroom marathons. You'll leave orientation in your own truck, ready to roll with your first load. To qualify, you'll need a valid CDL-A and either 1 year of flatbed experience, or 1 year of OTR with at least 6 months flatbed.
