Carrier is looking for Computer Engineering/Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or other Information Technology majors with demonstrated leadership ability and strong academic performance to join our Digital Technology Leadership Program! The Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) offers graduates an opportunity to deliver real results in the areas of business process, infrastructure, and product development, through three eight-month rotations across Carrier business units. Our commitment to you is to provide front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch your capabilities and accelerate your professional development. In addition to the hands-on experience gained through the rotation assignments, Associates will receive high-caliber training, mentoring, and guidance from leading Carrier executives, current DTLP Associates, and DTLP alumni, in order to build a strong and lasting global network of colleagues. During the candidate's time in the program, rotational assignments are available in Digital Technology's departments throughout Refrigeration, Commercial HVAC, Residential HVAC, and Carrier Corporate Functions. Our dedication to you is to provide front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch your capabilities and improve your learning. Each Associate will have the opportunity to experience different functional rotations within three of the following areas: AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data Science & Analytics, Digital Products & Design, Enterprise Business Systems, Networking & Infrastructure Services, Product Management, Project & Program Management, and Software Development. Rotations will be located and assigned throughout the program in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and Atlanta, GA. Participants will develop critical skills in the following disciplines: Agile methodologies Application development Business intelligence & reporting Change management Customer engagement & centricity Cloud-native services & solutions Critical thinking & problem solving Cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder management Digital systems architecture Enterprise cybersecurity Executive communication & presence IoT & telematics Machine learning & AI Product management & development Project & program management Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems, data science, cybersecurity, computer science or digital technology Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA Must be geographically mobile and have the ability to relocate for rotations To be eligible for the program, you must be a 2025 or 2026 graduate of the degree in the relevant field and start in the Leadership Program June 2026 Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a STEM-related field Proven ability to thrive and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent analytical and communication skills Team player with a positive, collaborative work ethic Proven track record in product, program, or project management, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills Proactive, self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives forward Strong technical skills in any of the following: Cloud platforms, software & application development, data analytics, cybersecurity, product design & development, IoT, enterprise architecture, systems integration, or AI/ML technologies Digitally savvy with an interest in cutting-edge digital trends Adaptable and curious, with a willingness to step outside comfort zones and explore new digital domains
