Document Control Administrator
Weckworth Mfg., Inc., a leader in industrial sewing, upholstery, and custom manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Document Control Administrator to support our quality and operations teams in maintaining and managing critical documents and records. This role is central to ensuring regulatory compliance, process consistency, and up-to-date documentation across the organization. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate control of internal and external documents (drawings, BOMs, work instructions, SOPs, etc.) in accordance with ISO 9001 or other regulatory standards. Review and process document copies to appropriate departments. Manage version control and ensure obsolete documents are properly archived. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance to ensure timely document updates. Create, update, and organize templates and document logs for consistency. Train team members on document control procedures and ensure adherence to company protocols. Qualifications: Proven experience in document control or administrative roles in a manufacturing or regulated environment (2+ years preferred). Familiarity with ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, and document management systems. High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., JobBoss) is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
