Tria Federal delivers digital services and technology solutions that support the health and safety of veterans, service members and civilians. We are looking for a highly skilled Product Analyst with expertise in eliciting and documenting requirements. This role is part of a collaborative and agile team that supports and builds modern, standards-based responsive web applications for mission-critical health IT solutions. This is a role is a full-time w-2 employment opportunity and is on a hybrid work schedule. Basic Requirements: Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation. Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States. Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years. Bachelor's degree in related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, product analyst, leading requirements capture, management and analysis activities along all phases of the agile software development and developing business process models. Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, etc.). Must have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Project/Smartsheet. Experience with manual testing of software products. Knowledge of flow charts and UML using Visio, Lucidchart or similar tools will be a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Expertise with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Trello, etc. Knowledge of Healthcare, Medicare & Medicaid systems & data. 5+ years of experience in healthcare domain is required. Creative, visionary, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills and must be detailed oriented. Responsibilities: Work with customers, users, and other contractors to gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical & non-technical requirements. Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, work group calls and engage customers to provide requirements and feedback. Conduct user research and usability testing. Develop and sustain Requirements Tractability Matrix (RTM). Develop Change Requests per established policies and procedures. Develop user stories and requirement documents as per project standards and guidance. Follow agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and deliver requirements/specifications for Sprint teams. Provide clear qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders. Working with development and testing team to implement requirements as per functional specifications. Support change control processes established to monitor and control project scope. Must be able to communicate with management, peers, and customers effectively and professionally. Public Trust Clearance: This role will require the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is required to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship. Why Tria?
