Celebration Chevrolet is now hiring for an experienced collision estimator/advisor! The job details include: Assessing the damage to a vehicle and estimating the cost of repairs. Visually examining the vehicle for damages and documenting with photos. Estimating the cost of labor, parts, paint, and other materials. Communicating with the customer and the insurance company ensuring communication is clear and precise. Ensuring repairs are completed professionally, maintaining the highest level of repair expectations. Generating repair orders and precisely matching the repair order to the estimating system. Working directly with technicians to ensure proper supplements are submitted for insurance approvals. Working directly with parts department to ensure received parts are not damaged upon delivery. Ensuring the vehicle is 100% fixed 100% right. Maintaining great working relationships with DRP insurance companies, completing processes in a timely manner.
