Part-Time Client Advisor

St. Jude House is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Client Advisor to join our team! What We're Looking For: A heart for service and a commitment to trauma-informed care Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Why St. Jude House? Answer crisis calls and help callers connect to necessary services. Complete initial intakes and orient new clients to the shelter. Assist clients when exiting the shelter. Assist with record keeping and data entry. Required Skills and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent One (1) year of customer service experience Prior experience working with a diverse population. Experience working with domestic violence survivors is a plus but not required. Min USD $14.00/Hr. Max USD $16.00/Hr.
