Experienced V-22 Aircraft Maintenance And Modification Technicians
We are seeking experienced V-22 Aircraft Maintenance and Modification Technicians to join our team supporting V-22 Maintenance & Modifications at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, CA. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in V-22 aircraft systems, with a focus on either Electrical/Avionics or Airframes. You'll be part of a high-performing team responsible for maintaining, modifying, and troubleshooting V-22 aircraft to ensure mission readiness and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Perform independent assembly, disassembly, and repair of V-22 aircraft components. Conduct modifications and maintenance using general aerospace practices and specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and procedures. Coordinate and verify the accuracy of assembly, disassembly, and overhaul processes. Conduct validation and verification testing of systems and components. Document repairs, modifications, and inspections to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards. Inspect components for cleanliness and serviceability prior to installation. Support customer needs through travel to various domestic locations, including military bases and Hawaii. Required Qualifications: Ability to obtain U.S. Government Security clearance (Requires US Citizenship) Hands-on experience with V-22 Maintenance and Modifications. Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%, sometimes on short notice. Strong understanding of general aircraft maintenance processes (FOD control, tool control, health & safety). Preferred Qualifications: Active Secret clearance FAA Airframe and Powerplant License. Quality Assurance experience. Extensive Depot-level modification experience. Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of related experience, or Equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school + 2 years, Associate's degree, etc.). Candidates must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
