Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery (SPM) will oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project. They are responsible for managing the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships and delivering a safe, quality outcome that meets or exceeds Company commitments. Responsibilities include: Maintaining a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager. Being the key resource for the Project Executive and Vice President for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met. Managing the Project Budget and understanding and executing the management of the Contract delivery type Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement. Managing and understanding the requirements of the Contract, including bonds, insurance, notifications, schedules, reporting, costs and energy savings requirements. Overseeing the set-up of the Project Job Management System (Procore) for all Change Management and Document Control procedures following Company SOPs. Negotiating and preparing vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner to support the project schedule milestones. Leading in the Hand-off meeting from Development that establishes project goals, parameters and client expectations. Overseeing the Project Team in establishment of the site utilization plan with a focus on cleanliness, access control and overall safety of our employees, client personal and public. Understanding the importance of this document as a Safety and Contract Document. Overseeing the establishment of the Baseline Schedule for the project with a focus on all Energy Savings requirements and milestones. Understanding the importance of this document as a Contract Document. Ensuring accurate, timely and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews with project leadership utilizing current information from the Job Management and Accounting Platforms. Ensuring the implementation of the Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan, including proper documentation to the client and all Subcontractors / Vendors. Ensuring the Change Management process on the project from RFI Affect Letters, Drawing Revisions, and Client Directives from issuance to resolution is maintained and executed with accuracy and timeliness. Ensuring Agendas and Meeting Minutes from all regular project meetings with the team, Vendors and Subcontractors, and Client are created and distributed. Communicating and managing mitigations plans for all Risk Log items with project leadership. Working seamlessly with the leadership of all divisions. Building and maintaining strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors and Client, ensuring a predictable outcome in alignment with the Client and the Companies energy goals. Participating in industry organizations and looking for opportunities to be involved with the community to promote the company and its goals. Managing and developing all Project Managers. Qualifications
Qualifications include: 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience 8+ years of experience. Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships. Influences outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations. Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary. Physical requirements include: Quiet environment Climbing stairs. Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds. 40-60% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location. Pay Range
USD $116,860.00 - USD $156,050.00 /Yr.
