Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned
