I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Mechanical Contractor seeking experienced Plumbing Estimators. I am looking for a rock-solid leader in the Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Industry ready to manage a motivated team. Commercial Plumbing Project Manager Experience Required. If you have the following, you could be on track to a solid career as a Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager: Viewpoint Spectrum OR Equivalent Software Proficiency 2-5 years as an HVAC/Plumbing Assistant Estimator OR Project Manager Strong experience with multi-fam new construction, high-rise AND low-rise Self-motivated attitude, teachable mentality, and coachable spirit You know as well as I do that this industry is recession-proof since every bank, church, and skyscraper requires Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Mechanical Services.
