Project Manager

Unison is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) specifically with experience in software system implementation project management. The PM will oversee the implementation of Unisons acquisition solutions within Federal agencies. The Project Manager is the lead Unison representative with our clients and responsible for our implementation team, deliverables, milestones and performance. Responsibilities

Leading our clients and team to a successful implementation of Unison's COTS PRISM acquisition and grants management software within large, complex Federal organizations Leading our clients and team in successful operations and management of Unison's COTS PRISM acquisition and grants management software within large, complex Federal organizations Interaction with senior client leadership to define project goals, execute against plan and manage issues and risks Leadership of project team leads across all planning, functional implementation, technical implementation, operations and maintenance work areas Manage project schedule, budget and performance, including Earned Value Management Actively build and maintain Unison's brand as the leading acquisition and assistance software provider to the U.S. Government Qualifications

Experience executing and managing system implementation for federal clients with project tasks including: 7+ years of professional experience in Public sector ERP system implementation and/or operations and maintenance PM Proven record of managing the tasks of deployment and support of an Acquisition, Financial or other ERP system Hands-on knowledge and experience executing and managing implementation project tasks including: Business Process reengineering Requirements definition, traceability and management User engagement and change management System configuration and configuration management Software development and application systems integration Data migration Testing User Deployment and Training System Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Quality assurance Possesses superior client relationship skills Exceptional written and verbal communications skills Provide leadership to project functional and technical teams including implementation of best practices and standards Self starter, team player BA or BS degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus Clearance: Applicants may need to be the subject of a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, to include U.S. Citizenship.
