Construction Project Manager
Location: Madison, WI OR Waukesha, WI Position Type: Direct Hire | Hybrid Work Available Salary: ~ +/- $65k--$100k/yr [Negotiable, DOE] Join a dynamic and innovative architectural, engineering, and interior design firm recognized for its integrated, collaborative approach to complex, high-impact projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead construction administration activities, ensuring the successful delivery of a wide variety of exciting projects across sectors including science & technology, commercial, higher education, and civic design. Key Responsibilities
Lead construction administration for small to large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. Collaborate with project teams, including design staff, owners, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee contractor submittals, ensuring all documentation is processed in a timely manner. Respond effectively to contractor requests for information and resolve any project-related challenges. Facilitate progress meetings, site observations, and document findings. Review contractors' pay requests and ensure accuracy. Manage project closeout, ensuring all documentation is complete and satisfactory. Mentor and train staff on construction administration procedures. Qualifications
~ 5+ years of experience in construction administration, contract administration, or project management. Strong knowledge of construction industry processes, codes, AIA documentation, and safety regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and project management software. Willingness to travel to construction sites and work remotely as required. A professional degree in Architecture or Construction Management is desirable but not required. An architectural license is a plus. Additional Information
