Program Manager
Paragon Cyber Solutions is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to oversee program performance and lead a multidisciplinary cybersecurity and IT team in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). This position is contingent upon contract award and is a critical leadership role within a mission-focused defense environment. As Program Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, manage daily operations, ensure contract compliance, and lead a geographically dispersed team of cybersecurity professionals and technical staff.
