About The Role
We're hiring for a Senior/Staff Full-Stack Engineer to work closely with co-founders and early customers to ship product and iterate fast. In this role, you have the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership over features that with every customer launch will touch thousands of users across the enterprise, and ultimately help health systems operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care. Required: TypeScript, React, Postgres Our stack: Vite, tRPC, Effect, Drizzle, Supabase. We're also exploring sync engines to build a local-first experience like Linear or Superhuman. Responsibilities
Work directly with co-founders to ship features and meet ambitious customer goals Talk to customers and end-users to iterate on product features based on feedback Shape the engineering culture and the product roadmap Interesting Problems
Build staffing recommendation system based on patient volume data, labor costs, and clinical skills Integrate with EHR systems to collect real-time patient volume data, and predict fluctuations in patient demand Integrate with hospital workforce management tools to not disrupt mission-critical processes such as payroll Benefits
