Charleston (EST) & Scottsdale (MST): 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, 9am-6pm, 9:30am-6:30pm, 10am-7pm, 10:30am-7:30pm; Specific shifts to be assigned based on business need. Shift Expectations:
Your standard schedule will be Monday-Friday, and will include up to 8 Saturdays per year. This will also include up to 3 company holidays per year, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas (which we do not staff). Compensation:

Sarah Breslauer, Member Services Team Lead An Average Day: You'll start and end your day at the same time every day during training, and post-training you'll have an assigned shift for your 40-hour work week. During busier seasons, you'll have the opportunity to contribute more and be rewarded with overtime pay. You'll have different daily assignments, so you don't get bored. Member Services Associates take part in a comprehensive paid onboarding program that will prepare you to confidently work with our members. Commuter Support:
Commuting can be expensive. That's why we offer additional support of $100 per month to those who commute into a PURE office three days or more a week. This role begins with a $50,000 starting salary. After onboarding, you are immediately eligible for overtime and the monthly $500 Exceptional Performance bonus that has no cap on the number of winners!
