Set up and change over zinc injection mold dies according to department standards and procedures Safely operate and monitor die cast machinery to ensure proper performance Perform minor repairs on dies and machinery as needed Set up trim dies and train operators on proper usage Inspect castings regularly to ensure they meet quality standards Monitor and address air, oil, water leaks, and report any unsafe or unusual conditions to the Supervisor Monitor pressure gauges and machine temperatures during operations Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Provide direction and guidance to team members when needed Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Mechanical aptitude required Previous experience with die cast or injection molding machinery preferred Bilingual or English-speaking candidates welcome Good interpersonal skills and basic computer proficiency Work Environment:
This role is 100% within a manufacturing facility. Conditions may include high temperatures and loud noise for extended periods. Employees must be able to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, talk, and hear. The job also requires frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching, and the ability to lift or exert force up to 50 pounds. Additional Information:
