We are seeking 2nd and 3rd shift skilled Brazer to join our manufacturing team specializing in industrial chillers and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing precision brazing and soldering of copper piping, fittings, and components used in HVAC/refrigeration assemblies. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, safety awareness, and experience working with HVAC systems or related mechanical assemblies. Key Responsibilities: Braze and solder copper and brass components using torches and appropriate filler materials per engineering drawings and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, piping diagrams, and work orders to determine job specifications. Assemble refrigeration circuits and piping systems used in chillers and other HVAC equipment. Inspect joints and components for quality and leak-free connections. Operate hand and power tools safely to prepare, cut, and fit tubing and fittings. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements in accordance with company policy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform basic testing for leaks using nitrogen or other pressurization methods. Assist with training new employees or less experienced team members as needed. Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of brazing or soldering experience in HVAC, plumbing, or manufacturing preferred. Ability to read blueprints, engineering specs, and interpret technical documents. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Familiarity with torch operation and gas cylinder safety. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. HVAC certification or training a plus (but not required). Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen Work Environment:

Fast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing floor. Exposure to heat, fumes, and moderate noise levels. PPE provided (gloves, eye protection, welding shield, etc.).
