Our team oversees the successful movement of products from our vendors to our stores and is self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated. About the Role: This role will lead a team of hourly employees in the Regional Fulfillment Center to ensure the operational activities are met or exceeded. Their main focus will be to hire, engage and develop a highly effective hourly workforce that will consistently achieve the desired results. Responsibilities: Supports a safety culture through demonstrative leadership Coordinates the flow of workload within the warehouse and a specific department Leads a subset team of a department to ensure that performance goals and/or customer commitments are met or exceeded Leads a team of hourly personnel through effective coaching and other disciplinary methods to ensure performance and attendance criteria are met or exceeded Holds self and team accountable on general sanitation and food safety practices Within the shift of the operational day, extract and analyze data and make decisions supported by:
System tools to trigger work assignments across various warehouse departments Usage of system tools and spreadsheets supporting Labor Plan Deadlines, deliverables, and commitments to our customer
Supports leadership team in accomplishing operational goals Helps prepare and attend daily Shift Start-Up Meetings to share daily goals with the team Post and monitor performance reports Ensure shift's time and attendance tools are kept up to date Ensure the employee schedule is up to date Ability to demonstrate potential for promotion
Through Individual Development Plans
Accountable to development and attainment of various Key Performance Indicators within the assigned team of hourly employees within a department Accountable to a budgeted labor $ allowance for assigned department(s)
Ensures that decisions made throughout the shift, day, and week support attainment of said budgetary goals
About The Pay: Base Salary Range: $64,000 - $76,000 Annually Annual Bonus Program Equity 401(k) Profit Sharing Medical, Dental, Vision & More! Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location. Requirements: Able to sit, stand, bend, twist, and turn body as needed for 8-10 hours per day Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Good organizational and time management skills Able to work overtime as needed Training: Training will require time spent on first and third shifts in order to acquire all aspect knowledge of the business. Hours: (Post Training)
