Clinical Intake Specialist (SLU Urgent Care)
We are currently hiring for a Clinical Intake Specialist to join our team in St. Louis, MO at the SLU location of the Behavioral Health Urgent Care. As a Clinical Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive intake evaluations for individuals seeking professional services at Brightli. You will establish initial treatment plans and provide referral recommendations for relevant services at partnering agencies. Position Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment Flexible scheduling, 3, 12 hour shifts a week and 2 Saturdays a month Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Comprehensive training program Opportunities for advancement Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations Establish initial treatment plans Provide referral recommendations Engage in safety planning and brief therapy sessions Participate in peer review and departmental meetings Education and Experience Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field At least 2 years of relative experience State license (associated with Brightli's location(s) in which they practice) as a Licensed Psychologist (LP), Provisionally Licensed Psychologist (PLP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (PLMFT), or Provisionally Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (PLMFT) Additional Requirements: Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance Brightli is on a mission to improve client care, reduce the financial burden of community mental health centers by sharing resources, a mission to have a larger voice in advocacy to increase access to mental health and substance user care in our communities, and a mission to evolve the behavioral health industry to better meet the needs of our clients.
