We are looking for a dependable, motivated Water Damage Technician to join our team in the Tyler, TX and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role involving emergency response, water extraction, demolition, and customer support. Whether you're experienced or just getting started in the industry, we provide the tools and training you need to succeed. Assist with water damage mitigation, including water extraction and structural drying Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers Perform demolition and removal of water-damaged materials Document job progress using moisture readings, photos, and written notes Maintain a clean and organized job site and vehicle Complete required forms and checklists accurately Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, and moving or helping maneuver up to 75 lbs with proper equipment or team assistance Comfortable working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces or attics Strong attention to detail and time management Positive attitude and willingness to learn IICRC WRT certification a plus (training available for the right candidate) Paid time off and holidays On-the-job training and certification opportunities Career advancement potential Supportive team atmosphere Uniforms and equipment provided
