Must follow GMP, HACCP, and Safety rules. Must be able to set-up line: Set scale Set rework buckets and truck Set inedible and trash cans. Must be able to operate scale. Must be able to identify and remove all nonconforming products from lines Two tone patties Raw tips Patties too dark or too light. Incomplete or half patties. Must be able to notify Cook Leader if problems are not corrected: Lips Curls Half patties Black stripes Tacos, Etc. Must be able to wash and sanitize lines WHEN LINES GO DOWN. Must understand and follow rejected material procedure. Metal rejection Weight rejection Maintain area clean. Must be able to clean, sanitize, and properly store scale. Coordinate with Cook Leader for proper disposal of rework and inedible. Must be able to perform other duties (if necessary). Keep area clean. Personal Protective Equipment Require:
Ear plugs Hard hat Safety glasses Steel toe shoes Physical Demands: Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl. Stand for long period of time. Regularly lift, carry and dump up to 50lbs, if necessary. Work Environment: Regularly exposed to wet/humid conditions; frequently exposed to extreme cold, extreme heat, noise level sometimes high in production area.
