POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for managing key aspects of the digital experience across e-commerce sites. This position will perform general e-commerce merchandising and onsite marketing activities for our B2C and B2B websites, with a goal of delivering an elevated, omni-channel, customer-centric experience for our customers across all e-commerce websites. This position is expected to contribute to driving growth and maximizing engagement and conversion in the See's digital experiences. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $73.5K - $79K per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages and oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of new and existing homepages, content pages, product pages, category pages, product taxonomy and product recommendations. Responsible for the launch and removal of product(s) and categories to support brand initiatives. Analyzes category performance to recommend merchandising improvements and product opportunities. Monitors performance of on-site search and executes optimizations based on consumer need and SEO optimization. Constructs eCatalogs for all business channels in adherence to each business's goals and strategies. Continuously monitors the websites to ensure consistency, integrity and quality of product and content. Identifies and escalates product, content and/or technical issues such as bugs, outdated information, or product data errors. Leverages relationships between abandonment rates, page views, conversion and other relevant web based KPIs to effectively drive sales and enhance the online shopping experience. Participates in the testing of updates and code releases across platforms, devices, and production environments, as needed. Develop and maintain documentation of e-commerce platform functionality and enhancements. Performs special projects as assigned by management. Identifies opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness. 1. Bachelor or Associate Degree preferable in Marketing, Communication or Business, or related field; equivalent related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 2. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising or a product-related field with a multi-channel retailer. 3. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Experience with managing and optimizing Amazon storefronts, including product listing and pricing is a plus. 4. Experience with associated e-commerce products, such as content management systems (Amplience preferred), A/B testing, and personalization software. 5. Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Monday.com). 6. Experience using data analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, or similar platforms to analyze performance, track sales, and inform merchandising decisions is preferred. 7. Basic understanding of HTML. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 9. Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills, organization skills and great attention to detail. 10. Technologically savvy and able to quickly learn new platforms and tools. 11. Self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. 13. Proven ability to learn innovative technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner. See's is an EOE.
