Provides technical field support for Mirus Bio customers, including experimental design and troubleshooting Supports, nurtures, and helps to close sales opportunities Tracks customer evaluations and opportunities through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform Represents Mirus Bio products to the life science community Aligns with the Commercial and Marketing teams to communicate the value of the Mirus Bio product line Collaborates with teams to identify key customer requirements for future product development efforts Coordinates with teams to schedule onsite demonstrations and customer training Provides feedback regarding customer requirements, product evaluations, and general product improvements Develops technical marketing pieces and content Preferred location in Boston or RTP North Carolina Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics or a life sciences-related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of life science research/lab experience OR a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics or a life sciences-related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of life science research/lab experience Hands on experience with CGT (Cell and Gene Therapy) Four or more years of wet lab experience Minimum of five years of experimental design and troubleshooting Five or more years of public speaking/presentation experience Must be able to travel domestically up to 50% of the time Preferred Qualifications: Experience with transfection, electroporation, and viral transduction workflows Understanding and experience working in the cell and gene therapy space with a focus on VV (Viral Vector) modalities Exposure and awareness of the evaluation, use, and implementation of ancillary materials throughout the cell and gene therapy process Appreciation of cell and gene therapy drug assets and the drug asset customer journey CRM experience like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot etc. Position can be based anywhere in the US, preference in Boston Territory will be Northeast Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses.
