Monticello West 5114 McKinney Ave. Dallas, TX 75205 Near North Park Mall and SMU Currently looking for full time cook need to have experience in Assistant Living setting and has a talent for make a pleasant dining experience for residents. Hourly Rate: $20 to $23 hour. Part time hours Wednesday 12:30pm to 5pm Thursday through Saturday 5:00am to 5:00pm. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Daily Pay. Ensures quality food service is always provided. Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules. Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty. Tastes all prepared food items. Responsible for records from area worked during service periods. Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Notify the culinary director of inventory needs and participate in streamlined kitchen operations. Ensure a first-in, first-out food rotation system, verifying proper dating and organization for optimum freshness. Experience 3-5 years' experience. Willing to learn and provided meal ideas.
