Provider shall be responsible for performing the following duties: On an on-demand basis as requested by Hudson, provide qualified technician(s) to perform any requested onsite technical support at the locations below, which shall include assisting with break-fix, install, moves, adds and changes, and asset management for Hudson. Technician Responsibilities
Break-fix office (including conference room) and end user system support
Desktop Peripheral Network Phone Mobile Device Video Conferencing Projection If applicable, break/fix documentation:
Updating tickets to document tasks performed, results and any outstanding actions
Install
Deployment of new office and end user systems as outlined above
Moves
Relocation of existing end user and or office equipment
Adds
Addition to existing networks
Changes
Changes to existing network or configuration
Asset management
Documentation of deployment of end user systems End User device warranty return management
Technician classification and minimum dispatch requirements: On-Demand (OD) Minimum 4 hours per dispatch not to exceed 8 hours in a day without Provider manager's approval Dispatch on As-Needed Basis Hudson shall provide advance notice as available for each request Technician(s) assigned hereunder shall carry the following standard equipment for all on-site dispatches: Functioning Laptop running Windows 10 and including: Wireless Ethernet Serial Console Cable Workplace type: On-site Working Equal Opportunity Employer.
