Analytics Lead
Location: On-site, SF / Santa Clara (minimum of 2 days in Santa Clara until SF office opens in Q3, then may need to travel 1 day per week to Santa Clara or on as needed basis) Who You Are: Experienced Builder: You've led analytics at an early-stage company and know how to build from first principlesbuilding the metrics layer, reporting stack, and underlying infrastructure. Bias Towards Action: You thrive in zero-to-one environments, work quickly, and embrace ambiguity. You know when to ship fast and when to invest in long-term, durable solutions. Strategic Executor: You move seamlessly between strategy and execution. You're just as comfortable writing SQL and building dashboards as you are influencing product direction or shaping GTM plans. Cross-Functional Partner: You work fluidly across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to align metrics, uncover insights, and make sure the right questions get asked and answered. What You Will Do: Own and Execute the Analytics Roadmap: Define and drive the company-wide analytics strategy. You'll build the roadmap and roll up your sleeves to deliver it. Define and Operationalize Metrics: Design scalable metrics frameworks, dashboards, and experimentation infrastructure. Partner with Data Engineering to implement a governed semantic layer that enables self-serve analytics. Drive Strategic Impact: Use data to drive high-stakes decision-making across Product, Engineering, and GTM. Influence strategy with clear, actionable insights. Scale the Function: Help define how analytics evolves as Reevo grows. Build, lead, and mentor a team of analysts, data scientists, and analytics engineers; foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and excellence. What We're Looking For: 8+ years of analytics experience with focus in Product Analytics, Marketing, Growth and/or Sales, preferably within B2B SaaS or AI-native platforms B.S. or M.S. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field Deep technical fluency in SQL, with hands-on experience using modern analytics stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Hex, Sigma, Looker, Hashboard) Experience owning the analytics stack end-to-end (modeling, reporting, instrumentation) Business and product acumenyou go beyond the "what" to get to the "so what" Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience navigating dynamic startup environments, managing multiple priorities, and driving measurable outcomes About Reevo: At Reevo, we're reimagining the entire revenue stack from the ground up, and we're doing it with speed.
