Cost Analyst
TS/SCI is required Hanover, MD (2 days of remote flexibility per week) Job Description
Serve as a Cost Analyst Perform studies to develop, review, and maintain Project Manager (PM) positions for assigned programs Provide cost estimating advice to personnel at all levels, pertaining to cost analysis methodology Perform a wide variety of cost analysis assignments in support of: Life cycle cost estimates (LCCE) Program office estimates (POE) Develop/evaluate cost assessments and cost positions relating to systems development and production Assess impact on systems and program costs, including analyses of prototype systems Work with SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs) and POEs Provide technical guidance and information to meet requirements Review product teams work for quality and accuracy Coordinate work efforts with Product teams and APMs Document the methodology of the cost models and the assumptions behind them Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required Experience developing cost estimates using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) Experience with program LCCEs and POEs Experience with IGCEs Experience providing cost estimating expertise at all organizational levels Experience providing cost analysis information for meetings and briefings to senior leadership REQUIRED: TS/SCI Job Type: Full-time
