Compliance Cybersecurity Operations Manager
Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Compliance Cybersecurity Operations Manager. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130500.0 - $191400.0 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What You'll Do:
- Hands-on role that will also include directly leading some projects related to ITAR compliance - Lead and oversee a team of mostly project managers/process improvement ensuring they possess the necessary resources and support to achieve their objectives - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness - Initiate and drive risk reduction programs for areas related to product development - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that workflow tools are aligned with Eaton's product cybersecurity overall business goals - Identify and implement new technologies to improve workflow processes and tools - Monitor and report on operational metrics - Foster collaboration and teamwork within the team and across the divisions - Oversees and assists in directing the implementation of new training development programs - Mentors and develops future leaders with a mind to providing appropriate succession planning for their domain area Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution - Minimum ten (10)+ years of experience managing key programs and/or projects, within cyber, product development, customer service or information technology - Minimum five (5)+ years of experience as a manager of people This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C.
1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C.

Preferred Qualifications - Master's in engineering or related technical degree Experience with Product Cybersecurity operations (such as Threat Modeling, Pen testing, Vulnerability Management and Supply chain security) Knowledge of IEC62443 4-1, UL2900 practices Experience with enterprise level service management tools e.g. CRM, CCaaS, CMS, Jira project management, Kanbanize Skills:
